We are back open and scheduling for routine dental care!
We are taking special precautions during the initial phases of re-opening to keep you and your family, as well as our team here, safe.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this together. We have missed seeing you and serving your dental needs and look forward to seeing you soon!
Here is what we are doing to reduce risks here at Lewis Family and Implant Dentistry:
All team members are being screened each morning, temperatures are taken and we will be wearing masks throughout the day.
Face masks or coverings are required while you are in any common spaces. You will need to wear one upon arrival to and departure from our office. Of course, it will be taken off while in the treatment rooms.
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer as you enter the reception area and that you avoid touching anything unnecessary. If you need to sign anything, a pen will be provided for you to take home with you.
At check in, you will be asked a series of screening questions and a touch-less temporal temperature will be taken to make sure it is safe for you to keep your appointment. We are doing this to make sure it is safe for you to receive treatment, as well as to make sure we are keeping our other patients and ourselves safe.
Patients that do not meet the necessary requirements of the screening will be rescheduled out a minimum of 2 weeks.
We are scheduling fewer appointments throughout the day to help to reduce the number of patients in the office at any given time. This also gives us more time for our rigorous disinfection and sterilization process.
Commonly touched items such as magazines, books, children’s toys, Keurig coffee, water bottles and other amenities have been removed from the office to prevent cross contamination. All areas of the office, including common spaces, are vigorously sanitized several times throughout the day.
